1. Information We Collect
- Account Data: When you register, we collect your username, email address, and profile information via Paid Memberships Pro.
- Voting & Submission Data: We track your Elo matchmaking votes in the Arena, your submission history, and your global ChopScore to maintain the integrity of the tournament.
- Payment Data: If you upgrade to a Pro account, your payment information is securely processed by our third-party payment gateways (e.g., Stripe/PayPal). We do not store your full credit card numbers on our servers.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To operate the Arena algorithm and calculate accurate leaderboards.
- To send you necessary platform updates (e.g., “Your challenge is now live” or “You won a prize”).
- To verify your identity and prevent duplicate accounts from rigging the voting system.
3. Data Sharing
- We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
- If you win a Sponsored Challenge, we will share your contact information with the specific Sponsor solely so they can fulfill your prize payment or shipment.
4. Cookies We use cookies to keep you logged in, remember your dark/light mode preferences, and track which Arena matchups you have already voted on to prevent you from seeing the same images twice in a session.
